ANGELA Kennedy has lashed out at rivals Ashlee Pham and Sophia Pou after being eliminated from My Kitchen Rules.

The Victorian mum, who teamed with Melina Bagnato, has labelled the New South Wales pair "spineless".

The two teams have been bitter rivals ever since they entered My Kitchen Rules in the Gate Crashers round.

"We so badly want Angela and Melina to go home tonight," Pham said during a recent episode.

Pham and Pou got their wish when Kennedy and Bagnato were eliminated after a sudden death cook-off against Queensland's Jake and Elle Harrison.

Kennedy and Bagnato crashed with 37 out of 60 for their menu of Mediterranean octopus, roast duck and poached pears.

Kennedy was full of praise for the Harrison siblings after the exit but took aim at Pham and Pou.

"I consider their behaviour to be quite spineless," Kennedy says.

"They never said anything to our faces. Everything (criticism) was done behind our backs.

"It is a real disappointment and I actually feel sorry for them."

Kennedy says she was so shocked by the level of bitchiness on My Kitchen Rules that she has had second thoughts about appearing on the show.

"If I had known what I know now, I'm not sure I would have done it (been a contestant)," Kennedy says.

"I have a three-year-old son, Patrick, and I don't think it is nice for him to see his mum in that situation.

"I am proud of the way Melina and I handled it…but in hindsight I didn't realise it was ever going to be that bad."

Kennedy and Bagnato came unstuck when their dessert. The pears were undercooked.

Judge Pete Evans said that their technique had let them down.

The Harrisons triumphed with 50 out of 60 for their menu of Vittello Tonnato, John Dory, and Chocolate Molten Cake.

Pham and Pou are still in the competition.
